If customers wish to return or exchange the purchased item(s), customer may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item, provided that it is manufacturer fault. All returned goods must remain UNOPENED and IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), the RMA will be issued by our customer service representative once we receive your email notification for the return request. As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Customer should arrange to return the goods to us by themselves as Playbling.com will not arrange a courier to collect back the item(s). All returned goods must be received by Playbling.com within 14 days after the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Playbling.com will not be able to progress this.
The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Playbling.com is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent to you in error made by Playbling.com. Playbling.com will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Playbling.com always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and traceable service with your courier. Please note that returned item(s) must remain unopened and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process. In addition, all refund made will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee unless an error is made by Playbling.com. If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error can not be rectified and please allow at least 7-10 working days for the return process to be completed.
For some occasions (e.g. damaged items), customer may be required to send the photo of the received parcel to our help center, it is for investigating the problem in more detailed.

Playbling.com inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers' use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. Playbling.com is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Playbling.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all items unless otherwise noted in the item description.
